Our welders are specialists in their field, and their skill and expertise makes a significant contribution to the strength and durability of our trailers.
In our Adelaide trailer workshop, we use 3 phase welding equipment as opposed to the single phase welder some manufacturers use, as it produces more constant delivery and so is able to carry more load. 3 phase welding also produces better weld penetration (known technically as the depth of fusion), which enhances the overall strength of our welding work.
We also employ vertical up MIG welding on all critical high load and high stress areas, which produces welds with greater structural integrity and strength.
This meticulous approach to welding is what makes our trailers so robust and capable of taking on heavy loads.
